About Course 2: Current Trends

The nail industry moves fast, and so do trends.

This course is designed for artists who already know the basics and want to stay ahead of what's next. Each week, we'll dive into a different trending technique, exploring the products, methods, and design elements behind today's most popular looks.

Rather than simply recreating designs, you'll learn how to analyze trending nail art and identify the products, techniques, and creative decisions that create each look. By the end of the course, you'll have the confidence to look at a trending set online and understand exactly how to recreate, or reinterpret it in your own style.

Our Academy classes focus on repeating 1-2 techniques per class until they become second nature. Instead of creating a full nail set, you'll practice on individual nail swatches, giving you the time and repetition needed to truly master each skill before adding the next.

Course 2: Current Trends is an Intermediate level course. Students must have experience in beginner techniques such as french tips, smooth application, and brush control. Students must have completed Foundations of Nail Art or have taken at least 2 guided press ons classes at Tiny Chaos Studios.
